More Altered Bottles ~

I just can't seem to stop making altered bottles! I love them and I never know
what they will end up looking like. I do love how these turned out~
I used genuine antique ledger paper that has
beautiful script on it for the background on the
CHERISH bottle. It is dated Friday, March 30, 1894 ~
I used an old music page from a songbook for the background on this
DREAM bottle~
Beautiful vintage buttons on top of the corks~ And I am loving cheesecloth embellishments as well. I have listed both of these in my Etsy shop if anyone is interested.
Please share YOUR new creations with me ~ Blessings~

  1. Hi Sandi!

I recently covered a bottle with an image for my daughters bathroom. It is very simple, not elaborate as your beautiful bottles. Because of the moisture and humidity I covered the label with clear packaging tape (gasp!)

What do you use to adhere paper to your bottles?

    Kindly, ldh

Hubs is coming home early today & we are going to get the old windows out. I showed him your "Fairy House" & he LOVED IT!!
I sure didn't have to urge him to make one for our garden!!

  3. Such beautiful bottles!!!! They don't even need anything inside, they stand on thier own.
And to LDH, you could also cover them with decoupage to seal them.
    Just wonderful.
    Have a Lovely Day~
