Key to my heart

What do you think about my latest candle
makeover? This one was so simple and fun
and it will not be going to my booth. It is staying
at my house. lol.

I purchased the cardboard keys at Michaels
a few weeks ago and picked up the metal embossed
heart somewhere in the past because I just knew
I would find a use for it eventually.

I started with a tall glass candle from the Goodwill that I spent 1.00 on.

and then I took one of these vintage lace sleeves
out of my *stash*...

...slipped it over the candle...

...and finished it off with ribbon, string, heart
and the key. Love how it turned out and the
best part is when I get tired of it I can change
it up because I didn't glue the lace to the candle.

I will be linking up with Kathleen over at
Faded Charm for White Wednesday tomorrow.

Blessings~
