I FOUND ONE!

After I saw this reproduction mini olive basket on a couple blogs, I just had to go on a hunt and find my own.

The first stop was unsuccessful, so I got on the phone and started calling the stores around me. SUCCESS!
 They came with the mums in them and they had five left! yippee!!
No, I didn't buy five...I only bought one. :)

Last night I threw a few things together , headed out to my back yard and took a few photos.

My yard is FULL of beautiful leaves right now.

I think everything looks perfect sitting on my chippy white table.

The pine-cones are from a pine tree in our yard and I picked a few hydrangeas also.

Here is the beautiful tree...the one that it looks like Godzilla took a huge bite out of it. Trees were
trimmed a few years ago, but thankfully it is starting to fill in again..as much as it can anyway.

This was a misty morning one day this week. School around here was cancelled at least two days
because of the fog.

I sure do love fall...don't you??

Happy Wednesday and happy fall!!

{some have asked the store where the repro olive baskets are found...Walmart}

  4. Congrats on your new find! The leaves are beautiful. Your color is much further along than ours. We are just beginning to see the bright reds now. Fall is hiding for a few days here as our temps are back in the high 80's. Beautiful none the less. Enjoy!

  5. Yes, summer is gone here, too. Love your autumn photoshop. Did you do that one yourself? I saved it on Pinterest. I think it would make a great card. I would love to make that kind of art. Have not even tried yet. I did hand cut some oak leaves out of book pages last night. More my speed.

  9. Love the olive bucket! Where did you get it? Your yard looks beautiful with all the fall colors. My favorite photo is the last one with the mist. It must have really been foggy if they cancelled school for 2 days!
