A Simple Gesture

My daughter-in-law handed me these beautiful roses

when they stopped by a couple days ago.

She had picked them just for me off of her own

gorgeous rosebushes.

I was thrilled that she would think of me and I just

had to share them with you.

See if you really know me...then you know it is

the little things

that make me happy...send me over the moon.

The beauty of white...

My daughter gave this piece to me as part of

my Christmas gift last year. The original use is for six candles, but I purchased

three roses with babies breath and used them

instead of candles ~

I found this beautiful bird candleholder last weekend on

our outing. They had three different sizes

and I purchased the *middle* size. I thought it was so unique ~

Umbrella love ~

I love pretty umbrellas...do you?

this one was a Valentine gift

from hubby...

well kinda.

it was in the window of a store and

it was calling my name~

I thought to myself...

"this would make a great valentines day gift"

so...I purchased it and took it home.

When I showed it to hubby he said,

*happy valentines day*

{works for me...lol} ~

love this vintage black and white checked one that I own.

this one in black is a stunner too.

do you love umbrellas as much as I do? I am hoping for umbrella weather soon!
