I pleaded with God today...{update}

to take away  my mothers pain...

to bring healing to her body...

peace to her mind...

and comfort through it all.

She has served You faithfully

throughout her whole life

with her whole heart.

She loves You so very much

and she puts her trust in You

so please God...

EMS was called early this morning to take my lovely mother to the hospital
because of unbearable pain from sciatica. She is home now and is taking very
potent drugs to ease the unbearable pain. They say it is too risky to operate.
Probably caused from a bulging/herniated disc in her spine.

Today was her grandsons wedding...my sisters baby of the family
and she so wanted to be there.
{him and his fiance are pictured above with mom and dad}

I think there is a reason why our car had problems and we decided not
to go to PA for the wedding or we would not have been here for mom and
dad today when they needed us. God works in mysterious ways and
I know His ways are always best...but I am still pleading with Him.
Would you please pray with me?

UPDATE{sunday morning}: the EMS was called again last night to
transport my mom back to the hospital because of so much pain.
Please pray that God will give the doctors wisdom. Thank you so
much for all your prayers!! It means so much to me and our family!!

Hi Sandi,

I am so sorry to hear your dear mother is going through such agony.
I can feel her pain as I have had a bad back for over 30 years and suffer with it everyday. I recently started going to some wonderful Dr's and have been given some shots in my SI joint. It is called Sarapin, which is a natural substance from the Sarapin plant. It is the first time in over 30 years that I am having had some relief!!
Possibly your dear mother may bennifit from it as well??

I will keep her in my prayers.

Love and Blessings,

Susan

I know that He has laid His loving hands upon her Sandi. May her healing be quick. Sorry about everyone missing the wedding but God puts us where He wants us, & you were there for Mother.

I love the fairy party you set up ... what a delightful fun fancy party. The kid-lings are all beautiful. What a fun day for everyone.

That silver & gorgeous patina are like us, sweetie ... more beautiful with age.

:)

TTFN~
Have a great day ~
Hugs & love,
Marydon

It is always so hard to watch a loved one in pain...I just hate pain.
Have delt with it for years myself..but nothing like what your dear mother seems to be enduring. I am sorry, and am praying for her right now.
However, am very familiar with sciaticia discomfort...and find that when I am faithful about sleeping with some old fashioned ice packs (bags) against my hip and the side of my thigh each night...my pain is much easier to deal with the next day.
Hope this information is of some use to your mother.
