Vintage seltzer bottle, old books and a clock

I can't believe that White Wednesday is here again already.
The days just seem to fly by anymore and I am getting
farther and farther behind. ugh.

Scrambling for some white photos I took a few pictures
today of some goodies I recently acquired.
This vintage alarm clock is one of them.
Isn't she a beauty? $3.00 at the lake sales...the
day before they officially started, but a few of the
sales were open early. Lucky me!

I recently purchased some more of Rosemary's
tags over at Ozma of Odds. I just love her style and
anything she makes is gorgeous! This time I purchased
some bell jar tags and I love them!

This is another gorgeous tag by Rosemary.

Several weeks ago I went to an antique store that I had not been to before and found a few neat vintage books and the price was amazing as well. Love the photos on the front.

{sorry the photos aren't better, but the lighting was not good at all today}

Another one of my recent finds. A vintage seltzer bottle for $4.95! Can you believe it? I passed it up the first time, but just couldn't do it the second time I was there. It even has a *S* on it so it was meant to be. :) {Made in Germany as well}

More books I found and another Rosemary tag. Do you see a theme running here?? lol.

I hope you enjoyed seeing my recent finds.
Now stroll on over to Faded Charm and find more
wonderful White Wednesday posts.

PS. I cleaned out my booth on Monday of all days , but
it was the day that hubby could help. Be looking for
some of my things on Etsy soon. I gotta get this stuff
outta here! :)

Blessings~

Pure Gorgeousness (is that a word?? )

Sharing some *gorgeousness* with you today for
White Wednesday.

I purchased these beautiful tags from Ozma of Odds
and I think they are gorgeous.

She sure pays attention to detail. They have a glittery
glimmer on them, but the photos didn't pick that up
very well.

I also purchased this lace butterfly from her.
Can you see the wording on the banner?
*butterfly for Japan*

All her proceeds from these beauties go for Japan
relief. What a neat idea!

{don't look too close at the writing on the postcard
because it says Merry Christmas...lol.}

a favorite mirror again with my favorite
candle of the moment

I purchased this pin/hair clip at Kohls.
Don't know if I will use it for it's intended purpose,
but loved it.

Happy White Wednesday to each and every one of you.
Unfortunately I will not be able to check out very many
of your blogs tomorrow due to other responsibility, but
hopefully I can another day.

Blessings~

Christmas Past ~

I know Christmas is not here yet, {thankfully}
but I wanted to share my glitz and glam
from last year since many of you
have started following my blog since then.
I hope you enjoy ~
I have quite a collection of antique silver ornaments~
My skinny tree...I love it! We got it at Hobby Lobby two years ago on sale for $99 last one no box Now the same tree is $297! I draped the tree with vintage silver glass bead garland ~

I made a lot of my ornaments last year and
embellished them with
german glass glitter for
maximum sparkle and shine~
Mittens I made and embellished with
vintage millinery and glass glitter~

Just couldn't quit making them...

My little touch of
Christmas Past for you today.

Booth Setup...I need a long nap ~

I am so tired today! I didn't even crawl out of bed until 9 am
and didn't even want to get up then.
Yesterday was booth set up day.
You would think with such a small booth
that it wouldn't be much, but
I am telling you
between my fibromyalgia and setting
up and running around...
I am one tired puppy today.
We did the booth first, then went for lunch and shopped at a
couple antique stores. Then we made a quick trip home
to print out some photos,
next we headed south about 18 miles to see
someone in the hospital and didn't get home until
after 9 pm.
Tired, tired...tired.
The first four pictures are from hubby's camera.
The rest are from mine.
Enjoy~
This shot is from the side.
We first put up three old wooden shutters that
hubby hinged together and added shelves to
on one side
and then the piece of fence went on
the other side
to define my space~
I love how the shelves on the shutters
turned out~ Back of booth. I opted for now to just hang a lace tablecloth that I could put peg board hangers through easily since it has an open weave to it~ We went to a flea market on Saturday and I found this corner shelf for $3.00! I knew right away it would be perfect for my booth~ After we got home and printed out some photos I realized I need to move my lace over to the right, but that will have to wait until I get there again next week ~ Tags, tags, and more tags. They can also be used for ornaments~ My embellished bottles and silver~ Chenille wrapped clothespins to throw in a small bowl~
Gorgeous vintage plate, bottles and candleholders~
Love these trees.
I have a few myself~
Card carosel that I am using for my tags~
Pretties on the corner shelf~
I really did have fun setting this up .
This will be quite an adventure for me.
Looking at more pictures there are some things I need to *fix*...lace etc., but
overall I am satisfied for a first time set up.

Booth is set up at
Hog Creek Antique Mall and you can click on the
name to visit their site.
Have a wonderful day! Blessings~

Birds, Bookmarks & Wreaths ~

I LOVE this wreath! I can't remember if I have shared it before, but it is a beauty! I received this from my best friend for my birthday a couple years ago and I decided today that I am decorating for Spring whether it has arrived or not. Maybe if I do that it will come sooner?? We can only hope right...LOL ! She decorated this wreath and inside the bottom of it is the sweetest nest with three little eggs...just precious and I love the colors!
Inside the wreath at the bottom is this sweet little nest with three eggs in it...too cute!
I have been working on making some "bird themed" items and I like how these bookmarks and little tag turned out. I used a paint sample to make the little bird tag that says, Home Tweet Home...trying to use things I already have here on hand. Very simple, but lovely ~
I am hoping that the antique store that is going out of business still has the very old nest for $1.00 when they open up in March. I intended to get it last fall and I forgot, but it was one of the last days before they closed so I am hopeful...Happy Spring a little early! Blessings ~
