Just around the corner...

...Christmas! I was out and about with my mom
yesterday and I snapped a few photos
(discreetly...lol)
while in a gorgeous flower shop.

They have built this huge glass house out of
old windows right in one of the rooms.
Love it!

Inside looking up into the roof...so pretty!

decor inside...

the side...

a beautiful iced wreath hanging on the door

I thought these glittered advent
calendars were so cute,

this is in another room that is decorated like a
church at a wedding

This *church* front is built right on the wall.
This is a beautiful place to visit. We missed their
open house by one week, but still loved looking
around.

So thankful today for a very handy hubby too. Last night
he heard water in the basement and went down to investigate
and the pressure tank to the water was leaking so he tried to
shut off the valve and it broke right in his hands and water
shot across the basement. Mind you this did not happen until
7 pm! He stood there and said "oh this is not good"! Lol.
So we flew up to the hardware store before they closed and
got a new tank and fittings.
Almost $200 later all was well by 8 pm! Thanking God for hubby and water today!

I will leave you with a little something from my cutie granddaughter
Keira...she called her daddy at work one day this week and said, "Daddy, I just really miss you,
can you come home an take a nap with me".
Melted his heart...what a precious little girl!

Happy Friday~

I've always wanted to build one of those green houses made out of old windows, even saved windows, and then I thought, "who is going to do this for me?" Boy would I choose differently if I were getting married again. Good thing he makes a decent salary, or I'd have to upgrade.

What a great big huge glass house-love to have something like that-but it would probably shatter from the wind-Have a Great Weekend!
