Bottle love

I am loving vintage bottles these days.

I had most of mine stored in my studio and
I decided to bring them out to enjoy!

I purchased this huge white mirrored
thing at a garage sale last year for $5.
It was an ugly gold color and I sweet talked
hubby into painting it white for me.
Much better.

I even love bottles that have part of their
old paper labels still attached.

I want to paint the wall white that this hangs on...

soon.

Love the detail on the bottle in the middle.

See the bottle with the glass stopper? It has the scrolly initials *SC* I like to think it means *shabby chic*

This will more than likely be my White Wednesday post as well. I have Annika tomorrow and I don't get much done when she is here. She is one busy little beaver!

I am linking to White Wednesday at Faded Charm. Be sure and stop by to see all the other gorgeous whites. blessings~

I just love those bottles, and the white shelf makes a perfect display for them. Nicely done, and for a bargain too. :) Can't beat that.

sandi..your assemblage of bottles is just beautiful. i love the way they are relected in the mirror. i saw a similar mirror/shelf the other day at the salvation army and passed on buying it. I'm going back tomorrw to see if it's still there!! Happy WW and enjoy your grandbaby!

What a beautiful collection! I remember those old-time mirrors like that. Very popular in the 50s and 60s!

I love vintage bottles, too, Sandi! (not just bottles, but baskets, boxes, and barrels!)
I think your bottles look perfect on your $5 garage sale *white mirrored thing*!
Blessings and enjoy Annika tomorrow!

I came over from Mary's blog and am simply charmed, sugar. What a darling blog with all those vintage bottles. Mary said you got her started with her recent creation of a decorated jar. Yours are adorable, chickee! Nice to meet you.

Sandi I have missed coming over so much and seeing all your beautiful posts. I love the beautiful display with all your bottles.
Thank you for your prayers for sweet Rene'. She has been in my prayers too. I really adore that girl. I have been to a couple of her barn sales and have bought several pieces of furniture from her...all of it beautiful I might add. She is as darling in person as she is on her blog. Her family is beautiful too. I hurt to know that they are experiencing this heartbreak in their dear family right now.

I have missed you friend.
hugs

Only 5 dollars for that frame? What a sweet deal. I love all the old bottles you have. I have 2 blue ones that sit on my kitchen window sill that look like yours , I bought them at a antique store for only 2 dollars each. Love the way you have displayed all yours.
Have a charming day.

You have some great old ones and they are displayed so nicely. I am always on the lookout for them and with the old labels is a real score.

Thanks for sharing today and Happy WW.
