Kinder Bueno is a chocolate bar from Ferrero.
"It is a hazelnut cream filled wafer with a chocolate covering.
Kinder Bueno originally comes from Germany where it was
first released in 1990. It became available in Latin America
{Brazil, Argentina, Columbia and Mexico} , Malaysia, Singapore,
Israel and Greece in the mid-1990's, in Italy and France
starting in 1999, and has been common in Canada, Australia,
and the United Kingdom since 2004. It is also common in
Croatia and Serbia.
A few stores in the United States carry it,
but because of it's rarity, it can be very expensive."
Kinder is the German word for *children* and Beuno is the
spanish word for *good*.
All I can say is
YUMM...we must have been *
good children*
to find this tasty treat!
When we were in Tecumseh last Saturday we visited a couple
of their wonderful stores and we purchased this candy bar for
$1.99.
I have never paid $1.99 for any candy bar , but this was
so worth it! It is a sinfully decadent little slice of heaven !
{Thankfully there were two wafers in the package so hubby
and I could both eat one. Otherwise I might have had to
wrestle him for my piece. lol}
If you ever run across this candy bar , please treat yourself to one.
I think you will love it as much as we did.
blessings~
{I am off to find some chocolate...i just know
there is some stashed in this house somewhere...}
