Oops I did it again!

Now I suppose all your ladies are always so put
together and would make me look like a fashion
disaster, but I thought I had it all together today.
Really I did.

I put on my cute ruffled gray shirt...
...added a shorter black sweater with a small ruffle
at the neckline and a pretty gray and black scarf.

Got my make up all on this time...
combed my hair and plopped in my earrings.
I thought I was good to go.

{don't laugh...I have headed out twice lately and
one time forgot my mascara and the other time
my foundation! How in the world that happened
I will never know!}
Topped it off with this jacket... { I did have pants and shoes from Kohl's on as well...
don't want you to get the wrong idea here. lol.}

...and off I went to town.
Cashed in my change at the bank
{$105 worth...yay} and then stopped at the Goodwill.

Got everything done and came back home. I took out my
earrings because they were bugging me and lo and behold
I had TWO different earrings on. Oh my...I fear this is a sign of
things to come as I get older. At least they were
similiar, but different sizes.
So how is your day going?? Hugs~

Oh Sweet Sandi, I just love your honesty about your happenings! I laugh not at you, but with you, cause I've done some rather similar things too!

I have an award to pass onto you. Come and get it anytime your ready.

Ellen

Oh my, that made me laugh right out loud! It sounds exactly like something I'd do! At least it wasn't your shoes... earrings might not be as noticeable, depending on the angle of the viewer.

Sandi,

I am a fashion faux paus! I went out one day with the biggest open safety pin hanging from my earring one day and ran into an old friend. She kept looking over my left shoulder with an odd look on her face but never said anything. When I got home and looked in the mirror to remove my earrings I saw it dangling big as Dallas over my left shoulder. She must have thought I had a new punk look! You are not alone!

I had a bible class teacher that was kinda mean and she would wear two different shoes and we would just giggle! Now......I don't think it is so funny....I'm almost there myself!! :0)

Did you hear we have SNOW in TX?!?!

Now you are going to wonder when you see someone else if you started a new fashion statement or tee hee hee... It's ok.. I sat beside someone whom had on two different shoes at the ballgame... it was a guy and it wasn't a fashion statement but who knows it may catch on as times get tougher...

I've walked around with just one earring on before. When I worked in a hospital several years ago my job involved going up to all the nursing units. One day I had spilled a giant blob of vanilla yogurt on my top and nobody told me. It was very embarrassing when I noticed it!!! Different earrings isn't so bad:)

Sandi, that is just about the funniest thing I have heard in a long time. I'll bet you were so gorgeous no one even noticed the different earrings. I have been in a fashion slump for awhile. Maybe this is what I needed to try a little harder. Thanks girlfriend.
