White Wednesday French Style

I just received this gorgeous Jeanne d' Arc Living
magazine yesterday in the mail and have been
spending a little time here and there browsing
through it's beautiful pages.
I need to carve out some special time
just for me and the magazine.

I removed these gorgeous vintage white flowers
from a hat today that I found on one of my
antiquing journeys. They are so immaculate and
and breathtakingly beautiful.

A glimpse of my new porcelain french cake stand.

This little goodie was delivered to me last week
and I love it. It is a porcelain cake stand
made in France by Pillivuyt.

I picked this item from CSN stores
to review and I will be doing that soon.
I haven't actually used it for a cake yet, but I think
it would be great for so many things... cookies, cakes, small desserts ,display
{for flowers etc.lol.}.
Many unlimited possibilities.
I love how it is low standing instead of high
as many cake stands are.

Please visit Kathleen over at Faded Charm
again this week to view more WW posts.

Have a beautiful White Wednesday! Blessings~

I haven't ordered my magazine yet...(been a little busy lately).
I love the flowers...Can't wait to see how you use them.It is so wonderful to have found white in such prestine condition.
I am so far behind...but wanted you to know the zoo shots are precious!
I used to love taking my wee-ones to the zoo!

Hello Miss Sandy, I am a fairly new blogger who has been enjoying your blog for quite some time now. When I created my own blog I started "following" you in the "proper" way and love that I am now informed when you have posted something new. This is so exciting to a newbie like me!
You are so incredibly talented and to know that you are a sister in Christ is the icing on the cake.
Thank you for bringing a smile to my face by being who you are and sharing it with your followers!

BTW I recently purchased a large Pillivuyt casserole dish at my local thrift store for only $5 (I know, can you believe it?) It is in perfect condition and I found that it retails for $135. Was that a find or what? Should I keep it or sell it? What to do, what to do. What do you suggest?

Good morning Sandi,
Happy White Wednesday! Love the cake stand, and your vintage hat flowers look so sweet displayed on it. Hope you can get some special time to sit and enjoy your magazine soon. I know it's a special time for me when I get my favorite magazine...I find some me time and sit on my favorite chair with a nice cup of tea or coffee and just enjoy and drool (hee, hee, hee) over every single page. Have a wonderful day.

Hugs and Smiles,

I like that cake stand, especially for the fact that it's a low one! And I can just imagine all of the other things you could use it for besides cake. The possibilities are endless!
Happy White Wednesday!
