Artisan Fair creations...looking for more vendors

I have been working on a few items for an Artisan Fair that will be held at my cousins B and B.
{The Kimmell  House Inn bed and breakfast}
When they asked me to participate in it, my answer was YES, YES, YES. I haven't done that for a
long time and have been kinda tossing around the idea of getting back into it so what better
  time than now to jump in with both feet! ha!

I embellished a few candles with french style goodies...

....then moved on to a few bottles...

...I loved adding these vintage house numbers that I picked up one day when I went junking.

Yes , once again I got carried away taking photos. :)

This is their first year to host this fair and they are looking for more vendors. If anyone out
there in blogland is interested,  shoot me an email and I will give you their phone number.
The address is Kimmell, Indiana and it will be held on August 11. If you think you might
be interested you need to get ahold of them before July if you want to be included in their
advertisement.

I need to make lots more goodies, but at least I have a start. :)

Bottles, mini cloches and other white treasures is what I will be taking.

A photographer wannabe

Can you believe that I actually created something

yesterday? I know...shocked myself too. Not really

a lot to do in this nasty heat wave we are having so

I made some "lavender cookie" tags. I really wanted

to make the cookies instead, but it is just

too hot. I do think that I should probably go ahead

and make the cookies and bake them in my car

though!! I am sure it would work. ugh.

I put the tags on some of my old jars and had a

photo taking session. In fact I got very carried away

taking photos!

I took some in the mulch... {if you notice the jar in the background my lavender went wonky on me. Yep, forgot to glue it}

I would truly love to learn how to take better

photos, but I learn better by someone showing

me rather than reading a book. I am still trying

to figure out the book that came with my

camera and I have had it for a couple years or

more. tee hee Do they have a course out there

called, "photography for really dumb dummies"?? LOL

I did have fun though whether I know what I am doing

or not and I guess that is what is most important.

Intoxicating White Phlox

I have white phlox blooming outdoors beside my

fairy house

and their sweet smell is intoxicating.

I also brought some white phlox into the house

and added a stem to my lovely jars again.

I love them closeup or far away.

They are also blooming in front of my house.

I think these angels are keeping watch over them as they

bloom and grow. *smile*
