What creative things have you all been up to lately?
I have been making hand stamped muslin ribbon
for my booth at the antique store.
I have been stamping until I can stamp no more~
to put the ribbon on ~
my gorgeous new
blessed
banner on my antique mirror.
can you believe I got this mirror for 50 cents
at a garage sale several years ago?
It was kinda falling apart and I knew my
hubby could fix it.
I love it~
can't believe I haven't painted it white yet though
Let me know what you have been up to in the
creativity department ~
Blessings~

I can't believe you paid 50 cents for that mirror also. What have I been up to creatively, actually I've been quite busy, but my camera died and I haven't been able to share with anyone. How frustrating, I though it was just batteries but it is more. So... Love your ribbons. are the in your etsy as well.
Your "blessed" sign is really special Sandi, I just love it!! And I really like your new muslin ribbon...will you have any of that in your etsy shop? I'll have to check...
Your sure are talented!

Not much...I am on a *cleaning* spree...don't stop me...it might not happen again for a very long time...I do love the ribbon though...I have done some of that...so simple and so pretty! thanks for the info on the mags....I do have the RH with the red door...it looks more *creative* with your cover:) and I ordered the other mag...can't wait to see it.
How is it going in your booth?

This is a twilight zone moment for me Sandi, beacaue I was stamping muslin ribbon today too. It is ribbon I am just using myself to tie on a little pail with holly in it and to put on some bottles of greens. I am stamping some also to wrap around some gifts I am giving this year. Weird huh? Then I covered some tin stars with tea stained sheet music...and then I went shopping!
Hugs,
June

Dear Sandi, I'm so sorry that I haven't visited you sooner! Your WW-post i wonderful, and I also love your ribbons, postcards and the "blessed-mirror" (I really cannot believe the price! What a gift!)
I also have been very busy - I have to prepare stuff for a Chirtmas-marked which starts next Friday (collages, match-boxes, picture-frames ... in a very nostalgic look. I'm sure you would like it, but it's in Vienna, Austria, so it is a bit too far away for you ;-))
Hugs, Traude
The handprinted ribbon is beautiful and the cards on which you've wrapped them just gorgeous! Certainly a lot of work but it must feel so wonderful to know that you've created something of beauty that others will enjoy! That mirror for .50 cents was a true find! Your BLESSED garland is perfect hanging there. Best wishes for your weekend, :) Tammy
