For some reason last night I got a bee in my bonnet
to wash down the walls in my kitchen and do a little
redecorating. I didn't purchase a thing. Just went
shopping in my own home.
I wish I had taken before pictures because it really
does look a lot different. Not near as much
*stuff* and focused mainly on white with a little
sea glass color to accent. I am pleased with the way it turned out.
It holds different coffees and teas.
off of it and plopped it all on the table and
started over.
I got this tiny wreath at Meijer several weeks ago. It is boxwood and I love it.
A favorite chair
I have had this bookcase for quite some time and it
was loaded down with vintage pink print tablecloths
and other goodies so once again I just took
everything off and started over.
I really would like a chippy , white bench here,
but haven't found one yet so this will work for now.
I love my brick. When we first moved here it was
gray and tannish color with black grout! Ugh! Never liked that , but I do now.
I did a makeover on it several years ago.
In a perfect world I would have white cupboards
and chairs, floor etc., but it is just not feasible
especially living on a dirt road so...once again...
make do and I am happy.
I know these aren't white , but had to add them at
the end of the post. This is sitting in the middle of
my table. Thought I had taken a picture of the
table, but I guess not. The plan is to put a flower
in each one...when I get some flowers. lol.
I hope you enjoyed a little peek at my kitchen today. I am loving the sparse look of it. {compared to what it was}
Please join Kathleen over at Faded Charm for more

Blogger is giving me fits tonight...grrrr. Thus the reason for the
double spacing etc...wish they would fix it.
Blessings~

(Let me know if you try the cupcakes!)
Very pretty makeover. I love to "shop at home, too". You might think I cheat, however, because my basement is home to many things leftover from shoots and it's a mini prop shop.
Oh my heavens what beauty I see in our vignettes! Love those shabby frames! I think I need to get off the computer and get a bee in my bonnet!
Hugs,
Olivia
